Sunday 8 February was the Manchester Phoenix Supporters Club Annual Tombola..........

For several weeks before our fantastic fans had been bringing us their carrier bags full of great stuff for the big event. As you can see from the picture we hadn't realised just how much we had until it was all put together to be sorted.

The night itself was really busy. It started with the frantic setting up of the table before doors opened and trying to keep the prizes in some sort of order. We didn't quite manage it but that all added to the fun!

At the end of the night there were just a few prizes left, which we will keep for a future event. We knew we had done well, but were all amazed when we added up the takings. An absolutely magnificent £514!!

Thanks so much to anyone who donated a prize or bought a ticket. Without you all none of this would have been possible. A special thanks to Yvonne Oates who was a massive help on the night with the preparation.

We look forward to the next event Quiz Night on Thursday 26 February. Everybody is welcome.
